Man sentenced to 8 years following deadly 2024 stabbing

A man has been convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to eight years in prison on Jan. 12 after an altercation over a stolen car led to a deadly stabbing near Burton and Alan Drive in July 2024, according to a Travis County District Court document.
