Grizzlies suspend Ja Morant for conduct detrimental to the team

Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant has been suspended for one game due to conduct detrimental to his team, per ESPN’s Shams Charania.

After a 117-112 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers, Morant — who finished with seven assists and eight points on 3-for-14 shooting across 31 minutes — was asked what went wrong.

“Go ask the coaching staff,” Morant answered.
