Elias Kacavas Joins Indie Drama ‘Pretty Babies’ From Tyler-Marie Evans
EXCLUSIVE: Elias Kacavas (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin) has been tapped for a role in Pretty Babies, an indie drama produced by Killer Films and Wagner Entertainment, which recently wrapped production in Oklahoma.
Kacavas is part of a cast that includes the previously announced Ashley Benson, Emily Alyn Lind, Madelaine Petsch, and Sadie Stanley. Other newcomers include DeVaughn Nixon, Wyatt Yang, and Simon Roszak.
Marking Tyler-Marie Evans’ directorial debut, Pretty Babies follows two teenage girls who run away to Hollywood, chasing stardom, though their dreams lead them into prostitution, trapping them in the dark underbelly of the sex work industry as they travel from Texas to California.
Jordan Wagner of Wagner Entertainment is producing alongside Christine Vachon from Killer Films, as well as Benson. Amanda Larney of Killer Films is associate producing, with Talia Bella and Randy Wayne of Rebellium Films — which handled production services — serving as co-producers. EPs include Welly Yang from Formosa Film Fund, Calvin Roszak, Daniel Sheldon, and Oliver Trevena.
Kacavas just wrapped the horror-satire Corporate Retreat alongside Sasha Lane, Odeya Rush, Ashton Sanders, Rosanna Arquette, and Alan Ruck. He can currently be seen opposite Jenna Ortega in Winter Spring Summer or Fall and had a lead role in My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3. Best known for roles on Euphoria and Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, he will next be seen starring in the indies Only Good Feelings and The Wolf and the Lamb — also produced by Wagner — alongside Adrienne Palicki. He is repped by Luber Roklin Entertainment and Innovative Artists.
Nixon is repped by M88 and SDB Partners; Yang by 3 Arts Entertainment.
